5 Dick O'Th' Banks Road, Crossways, Dorchester is a Registered Care Home for 4 adults with learning disabilities and complex health needs.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, consistent Support Workers to join our small, friendly team.  A positive attitude is a must with a willingness to learn. 

Support Workers 37.5 hours/week

Support Worker 30 hours/week

Our service users are at the heart of what we do and every support worker is a crucial member of our team, supporting individuals to achieve their goals and live the life they want. 

Every day working for Encompass is different and as a support worker you will be helping our service users with all aspects of their daily lives, including getting ready (including personal hygiene), preparing meals, going to appointments, socialising, helping manage money, taking part in hobbies and more. 

The role will involve an element of personal care, if not comfortable with this, please do not apply.

Although not essential, previous experience would be an advantage, but you will need to be flexible, reliable and committed.
