Are you dedicated to providing Creative & Bespoke Support to the people you work with?

Then you could be just the person we’re looking for to support service users in their exciting new settled accommodation at 3 Prince of Wales Road, Dorchester!

The accomodation is for up to 6 adults with learning disabilities and complex health needs.

We’re looking for committed team players who are flexible and reliable.  Experience is not essential but a positive attitude is.  Each day is different and we are committed to ensuring the people we support get to live the life they want. We have two posts:

  • Support Workers  – 37.5 hours/week
  • Support Worker  - 30 hours/week

Our service users are at the heart of what we do and every Support Worker is a crucial member of our team, supporting individuals to achieve their goals and live the life they want.

Every day working for Encompass is different and as a Support Worker you will be helping our service users with all aspects of their daily lives, including getting ready (including personal hygiene), preparing meals, going to appointments, socialising, helping manage money, taking part in hobbies and more.

The role will involve an element of personal care, if not comfortable with this, please do not apply.

Although not essential, previous experience would be an advantage, but you will need to be flexible, reliable and committed.

Interested?   Apply Now below or for more information and to arrange an informal visit please ring Sarah Cooke or Christine Ritchie on 01305 269208
